Reporting to the Head of Product, the Content Marketing Manager is responsible for all
content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales
and customer retention.
Job Overview:
Write blog posts, customer case studies, company announcements
Build and release marketing and creative content across multiple distribution platforms
Work closely with design and creative resources to design engaging high quality content
Create content release cadence and build practice for actively re-purposing information across verticals
Foster and maintain an understanding of company API data and associated market fit across multiple verticals
Collaborate with and synthesize data from key contributors, both internal and external, and build content from those conversations
Develop, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns for SEO
Identify and target opportunities for media partnerships, Op-ed, events
Track and measure performance of content marketing campaigns for inbound leads, demand generation and sales and marketing funnel optimization
Conduct market research and grow knowledge of industry specific norms, practices, protocols, content channels
Establish an understanding of the competitive landscape and apply to content creation and distribution cadence
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years technical marketing & SEO experience
Strong writer, editor, communicator
Multi-disciplinary critical thinker and researcher
Basic technical understanding of APIs
Self motivated with a passion for working in a startup environment
