There are generally two types of “morning people” in the world: Type A gets up 2 (give or take) hours before they need to leave for work, preps for their day, has a good breakfast and never feels rushed. Type B, on the other hand, presses snooze 8 (give or take) times before shooting out of bed in a panic with just enough time to put some sort of clothing on before getting out the door.
