Job Overview:

• LimeLight (CRM) knowledge expert
• Use reporting tools for KPIs & analytics on a weekly and monthly cadence
• Manage and integrate merchant accounts
• Reconcile merchant financials to bank account
• Handle chargebacks
• New customer support reporting and training
• Manage remote advertising

Requirements:

• Strong financial & business analytics/reporting background
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
• 2+ years experience in similar role
• Excel spreadsheet wizard
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented, thorough and precise
• Strong prioritization & organization skills
