Job Overview:
- Responding to customer emails and live chats in a timely manner
- Ensuring excellent customer service to each of our customers
- Minor Office Chores (filing, organizing, tidying)
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience handling high volume customer service requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a challenging, dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Zendesk & Zopim Live Chat considered an asset
- Must be a proven self-starter/innovative thinker, and like to work autonomously
- Must be dedicated to continual growth/development
Position Details
