Design may be subjective but our ideal candidate is capable of creating eye catching web designs which appeal to a wide audience. An understanding of market trends and an ability to adapt are vital as we need to stay current in our market. Strong communication skills and impeccable attention to detail are necessary as teamwork and development will contribute to being successful in this role.
Job Overview:
Learn and understand business objectives, target audiences, goals and other business data.
Create responsive websites, sales funnels, and landing pages.
Design digital interfaces, print material, web ads and more.
Analyze conversion data and think outside the box to produce creative A/B tests.
Continually keep up-to-date with usability, design trends and techniques.
Utilize Bootstrap 4, HTML and CSS to implement your designs that work across multiple browsers and devices.

Requirements:
Web design experience & knowledge (3-5 years experience preferred)
Experience designing for print
Experience with multiple design programs like illustrator and photoshop
Strong understanding of usability and conversion optimization techniques
Experience working with small/medium-sized businesses
Must have a proven track record of delivering results through design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS (some Javascript), and frameworks like Bootstrap
Extreme attention to detail and super passionate
