Retaining our current client base while not striking out during acquisitions is a necessary ability as our business moves quickly. We need someone who is brave in their ventures and able to locate/communicate flaws while using empirical evidence to back it up.
Job Overview:
Work diligently to acquire new customers while retaining our current customer base (CAC/LTV)
Provide reports detailing important call centre metrics weekly
Track and report on refund/cancel rates
Ensure Merchant accounts are operational and healthy
Manage the processing of all accounts
Reporting to C-level/management
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on website metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
5+ years advertising experience: Adwords, Youtube, Facebook, Analytics
Strong Excel experience
Financial reporting experience
Experience selling Educational products
Small team management experience
Advertising Team
Customer Service
Data driven and analytical split testing experience
Confident with customer CRM
